摘要
为了合理控制风力分布,降低除尘风机系统电耗,本文分析了除尘风机系统运用现状,研究了除尘风机负压闭环控制和分级补充控制,建立了除尘节能控制系统。该系统可根据现场生产需要提供风力,让电机始终运行在最佳节能点。实施结果表明:(1)节能控制系统综合节电率达到了46.69%;(2)电机功率因数平均提高0.16;(3)改善了风力分布,除尘效果略有提升。
In order to control the wind distribution and reduce the electricity consumption,the present situation of the dust collection system is analyzed.The negative pressure closed-loop control system and hierarchical control system are studied,and the energy-saving control system is established.The system can provide wind according to the fi eld production requirement,and make the motor always runs at the best energy saving point.The results show that①the power saving rate of the energy-saving control system reaches 46.69%;②the motor power factor is increased by 0.16;③the wind distribution is improved and the dust removal eff ect is slightly improved.
