新时代我国社会主要矛盾反映在高职思想政治理论课教育教学上,主要表现为传统体制机制与人民对更高思想政治素质需要之间的矛盾,其历史使命是培养全面发展的人和推动社会的全面进步,培养中国特色社会主义的合格建设者和可靠接班人,不断提升人民的获得感、幸福感和安全感。当务之急就是整合教育教学资源,建立权责明确、扁平化的思想政治理论课教育教学管理体制;结合高职院校实际,建立反应灵敏、务实高效的思想政治理论课教育教学机制。

In the new era,the main contradiction in our society is reflected in the education and teaching of the ideological and political theory course of higher vocational education,which is mainly manifested in the contradiction between the traditional system and mechanism and the people's higher needs for the quality of ideological and political education.Its historical mission is to cultivate people with all-round development and promote the overall progress of the society,to train qualified and reliable constructors and successors for socialism with Chinese characteristics,and to enhance the people's sense of achievement,happiness and safety.The urgent task is to integrate education and teaching resources,to establish a clear and flat management system for the education and teaching of ideological and political theory course,and to establish a responsive,pragmatic and efficient mechanism for the education and teaching of ideological and political theory course combined with the practical situation of higher vocational colleges.
