基于现代学徒制的园林景观建模与后期表现课程教学改革的实践探索

Practical Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Garden Landscape Modeling and Post-performance Course Based on Modern Apprenticeship

对于园林景观建模与后期表现这一门实践性强的专业课来说,深度校企合作背景下的现代学徒制人才培养模式是非常适用的。探索基于现代学徒制的园林景观建模与后期表现课程教学改革要克服课程实施中存在的问题,须重构基于现代学徒制背景下能力本位课程制定"职业人才"的培养目标、基于工作过程的课程项目、立足企业标准的成果评定。在课程实施过程中要求教师须融入企业项目平台,学生须融入企业项目实践,教师须成为校企沟通桥梁。

As garden landscape modeling and post-performance course is a highly practical and professional course,the talent cultivation mode based on modern apprenticeship under the background of deep college-enterprise cooperation is very applicable.To overcome the problems existing in the teaching reform of the course based on modern apprenticeship,we must re-construct an ability-oriented curriculum under the background of modern apprenticeship by formulating a cultivation objective oriented by professional talents,constructing a curriculum project based on working process,and establishing a system of outcome evaluation based on enterprise standards.In the process of the course implementation,teachers are required to be integrated into the enterprise project platform,and students must be integrated into the enterprise project practice,and teachers must become a bridge between college and enterprise.
