新时代背景下高职院校人才培养模式探讨

高等职业教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,承担着应用技术型人才培养的重任,而保证高等职业教育质量的核心要素是人才培养模式,探讨新时代背景下高职院校人才培养模式具有重要意义。当前,我国高职院校存在人才培养目标不够明确、教育模式、教学方法受高校学科体系束缚等现实问题。高职院校应适应新时代要求,结合区域经济发展需求设置专业、在明确培养目标中加强职业道德教育、构建科学合理的人才培养模式结构比例、推行学分制、小班制和导师制、以技能大师工作室为载体传承精湛技艺、把立德树人作为人才培养的根本任务,从而积极探讨新时代高职院校人才培养模式。

As an important part of higher education,higher vocational education bears the heavy responsibility of training applied and technical talents,and the core factor to ensure the quality of higher vocational education is the talent training model,so it is of great significance to explore the talent training model of higher vocational colleges in the new era.At present,there are practical problems in China's higher vocational colleges,such as unclear talent training objectives,and the influence of the education model and teaching methods of the college disciplinary system.Higher vocational colleges should actively explore the talent training model of higher vocational colleges based on the requirements of the new era,setting up majors in line with the needs of regional economic development,strengthening professional ethics education in clear training objectives,building a scientific and rational structure ratio of talent training model,implementing credit system,small-class system and tutorial system,inheriting exquisite craftsmanship with skill masters'studios as the carrier,and taking moral establishment and talent cultivation as the fundamental task of talent training.
