高职院校军训自训模式研究——以湖南高速铁路职业技术学院为例

军训是大学生入学后的第一门课程,也是高校开展国防教育的重要内容,更是提高素质教育的重要手段。近年来,湖南高速铁路职业技术学院开拓思路,积极创新,通过采取军训自训模式,进一步强化军训的育人功能。

Military training is the first course after college students enter the school.It is also an important part of the national defense education,and an important means to improve quality education.In recent years,based on developing ideas and innovating actively,Hu'nan Technical College of High-speed Railway has further strengthened the educational function of military training by adopting the self-training mode of military training.
