大学生创业与就业见习基地网络对接模式建设探索

Exploration on the Construction of the Network Docking Mode for the Base of College Students' Entrepreneurship and Employment Probation

大学生就业与创业见习基地在保障大学生就业、提升大学生就业能力方面一直发挥着重要作用,但是也存在就业见习信息不对称等诸多问题,本文详细比较了见习基地传统对接模式与网络对接模式的优劣势,并从大学生、教育管理部门以及用人单位三个维度调查了功能需求,提出了网络对接模式的设想以及初步平台设计。

The base of college students'employment and entrepreneurship probation has played an important role in guaranteeing the employment of college students and promoting the employability of college students,but there are also many problems in the information asymmetry of employment probation.This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional docking mode and the network docking mode of the probation base in detail,investigates the functional requirements of college students,education management departments and employers,and puts forward the idea and preliminary platform design of the network docking mode.
