摘要
为了验证装卸料机在地震工况下的安全性和可靠性,结合ASME NOG—1规范,对其计算分析的要求进行了研究,并且应用ABAQUS软件建立了实际核电厂装卸料机的有限元模型,在模态分析的基础上,利用其所在安全壳内操作平台标高处的反应谱,对装卸料机结构模型进行了地震谱分析计算。通过计算,在讨论了装卸料机抗震计算方法的同时,对装卸料机中桥架、小车等各梁式线型结构以及走台板、小车板等板壳结构在地震等载荷组合作用下的应力和位移响应进行了评价,深入讨论了其结构自身的振动特性以及在地震载荷作用下可能发生结构失稳的薄弱环节,从而为日后的工程设计和核安全审评提供参考。
In order to verify the safety and reliability of refueling machines under earthquake conditions,combined with ASME NOG-1 specification,the requirements of its calculation and analysis were studied,and the finite element model of the structure model of the refueling machines was established by ABAQUS.Based on the modal analysis,the seismic spectrum analysis of the refueling machines structure model was carried out by using the response spectrum of the operating platform elevation in the containment.Through the calculation,the refueling machines in the bridge,trolley and other beam-type structure and planking board,trolley plate and other shell and shell structure in the earthquake load combination of stress and displacement response were evaluated,while the refueling machine seismic calculation method was discussed at the same time.Moreover,the vibration characteristics of the structure itself and the weak links of structural instability under the action of seismic load were discussed in depth,so as to provide reference for the future engineering design and nuclear safety review.
