摘要 BTA深孔钻是一种典型的深孔加工内排屑钻头,刀具结构与刀具角度是影响加工质量与加工效率的重要因素。深孔加工过程中封闭,通过实验的方法优化刀具结构与角度难度较大。采用有限元的方法,用ANSYS软件建立了BTA深孔钻静力及模态三维分析模型,得到了BTA深孔钻变形特点及六阶振型图,为BTA深孔钻钻头结构优化提供参考;采用Advant Edge软件建立了BTA深孔钻各刀齿钻削过程模型,研究了切屑形成过程及刀具角度对切削力、扭矩的影响规律,进而为刀具角度优化提供理论参考。 BAT deep-hole drill is a typical inner-chip removal drill.Structures and angles of tools are the main factors that influence the machining quality and machining efficiency.Because the processing of deep-hole drilling is not visible,it is very difficult to optimize structure and angles of tool through the experiment method.In this paper,finite element method is used as follows:static analysis and modal analysis of BAT deep-hole drill are built by ANSYS,and then the deformation and six-set vibration mode diagram of BAT deep-hole drill are carried out as a reference for structural optimization of BAT deep-hole drilling;Drilling process model of each tool tooth is built by AdvantEdge,and the effect of chip formation process and tool angles on cutting force and torque are studied as reference for tool angle optimization.
