在党的统一战线理论和实践中,"交朋友"是最为重要的工作之一。在市场经济、开放环境和多元利益格局的背景下,如何发挥党的统战优良传统、更有效地"交朋友"是摆在各级党委和统战部门面前的一个崭新挑战。T市通过"结对子"的方式与党外人士交朋友,使统战工作更加人性化和精细化。作为包容性政治建构的一个重要抓手,"结对子"实践在中国共产党与党外代表人士及所代表的群体之间达致了一种双赢的局面:对于前者,巩固和扩大了党的执政基础;对于后者,可以有效表达自己的利益与政治诉求。

In the theory and practice of the Party,s united front,making friends*is one of the most important tasks.Under the background of market economy and an open environment where diverse interests exist,how to bring into play the party’s tradition of united front and“make friends”more effectively is a brand-new challenge that party committees and the united front departments at all levels are facing.The city of T made friends with non-Party individuals through upairing-up^approach,making the work of the united front more humane and refined.As an important player in inclusive political construction,the practice of pairing-upv has achieved a win-win situation between the Communist Party of China and non-Party representatives and the groups represented by them:for the former,it consolidates and expands the party,s ruling basis,for the latter,it can effectively express its own interests and political appeal.
