赞中经贸合作区建设风险与管控措施研究

Construction Risk and Control Measures of Zambia China Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone

在经济全球化的大背景下,建立境外经济贸易合作区作为"走出去"战略的重要决策之一,对于提升中国资本在国际市场上的影响力具有重要作用。文中以赞比亚中国经济贸易合作区卢萨卡园区为研究背景,对园区建设必要性、规划背景、规划目标、园区职能与规模、技术经济指标等方面进行了全面分析,研究了园区建设过程中存在的政治环境、制度环境、经济环境等九大类风险及对应的管控措施,为合作区建设与运营提供了理论支撑,对于其他境外经济贸易合作区项目建设也具有重要的参考意义。

Under the background of economic globalization,the establishment of overseas economic and trade cooperation zone as one of the important decisions of"going global"strategy plays an important role in enhancing the influence of Chinese capital in the international market.This paper takes Lusaka Park of Zambia China economic and trade cooperation zones as the research background,comprehensive analysis the necessity of the construction of the park,planning background,objectives,functions and park scale,technical and economic indicators and other aspects,research park construction process in the presence of the political environment,institutional environment,economic environment and other nine categories of risk and the corresponding the control measures to provide theoretical support for the cooperation zone construction and operation,but also has an important reference significance for other overseas economic and trade cooperation zone construction project.
