摘要 针对铜陵姚家岭复杂铜铅锌多金属矿进行了选矿试验研究,在工艺矿物学研究、流程方案试验、条件试验的基础上,采用优先浮选流程,Z-200作为铜浮选捕收剂,25号黑药作为铅浮选捕收剂。全流程闭路试验获得含Cu22.98%、含Pb2.53%,铜回收率86.86%的铜精矿;含Pb45.40%,铅回收率62.15%的铅精矿;含Zn50.18%,锌回收率88.04%的锌精矿;含S45.15%,硫回收率76.09%的硫精矿。 An experimental study on mineral processing of complex copper-lead-zinc polymetallic ore deposits at Yaojialing in Tongling has been carried out.Based on the research of mineralogy,scheme experiments and condition experiments,selective flotation flowsheet was adopted and Z-200 was used as the collector of chalcopyrite,dithiophosphate 25 as the collector of galena.The beneficiation index of laboratory closed-circuit test is ideal as copper concentrate with Cu grade of 22.98%and recovery of 86.86%,lead concentrate with Pb grade of 45.40%and recovery of 62.15%,zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 50.18%and recovery of 88.04%,sulfur concentrate with S grade of 45.15%and recovery of 76.09%were obtained finally.
