摘要
铜冶炼过程中的高烟灰产出率,是直接影响闪速炉生产的主要因素之一。其一方面影响金属直收率;另一方面加重了后序排烟系统的作业难度,影响了闪速炉作业率。近两年贵溪冶炼厂(以下简称贵冶)熔炼车间针对此状况在生产实践中组织攻关,在降低烟灰发生率方面取得了明显的效果。
The high ash yield in copper smelting process is one of the main factors that directly affect the production of the flash furnace.It affects the metal direct yield.On the other hand,it aggravates the operation difficulty of the sequential exhaust system,and influences the speed of the flash furnace.In the past two years,Guixi Smelter(hereinafter referred to as"Guiye")has organized and solved this situation in the production practice,and achieved obvious effect in reducing the incidence of soot.
