摘要
铜阳极泥硫酸浸出过程中产出高碲铜渣副产品,具有其中铜含量高、杂质元素多的特点,针对酸浸工艺存在过程长、涉及辅助试剂多等问题,采用氧化碱浸进行可行性探索试验,得到了良好效果,碲直收率达83%以上,浸出渣循环利用后,综合回收率可达96.4%。
The high-tellurium copper slag by-product generated during the acid leaching of copper anode slime is characterized by high copper content and quite a few impurity elements.For addressing the problems with acid leaching process like long duration and a lot of auxiliary reagents involved,oxidation and alkaline leaching process has been adopted for feasibility exploration experiment.The experiment has gained a good effect,with direct recovery of tellurium up to more than 83%.After the leached slag is put into cyclic utilization,the overall recovery rate can reach 96.4%.
