汽轮发电机预防烧瓦实践应用

摘要 江西铜业铅锌金属有限公司为了有效回收利用铅、锌冶炼过程中的余热蒸汽,采用饱和蒸汽发电技术,配套CRN10-3.6/0.785/0.3型号汽轮发电机组一台,为了有效防止机组运行中发生水蚀,在机组内设置机内除湿再热装置,保证其运行安全稳定可靠,提高发电效率,汽轮机运行受制于外界工况变化较大,运行安全主要靠运行人员对相关参数的监视及操作,本次主要阐述2016年6月19日铅锌公司汽轮发电机断油烧瓦事故经过,分析事故原因,做好轴瓦更换及系统处理方案,保证油泵连锁正常,防止轴瓦烧损事故发生。处理后开机正常,运行结果良好。 In order to recycle waste heatsteam effectively from lead and zinc smelting process,Jiangxi Copper Lead and Zinc Metals Co.,Ltd usesthe saturated steam generation technology,supporting the CRN10-3.6/0.785/0.3 type turbo generator units.In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of water turbine,dehumidification machine reheat device is arranged in the unit,to ensure its safe operation stable and reliable,improve the efficiency of power generation the operation of steam turbine,subject to the condition of environment changes greatly,the safe operation mainly depends on the operating personnel monitor and operation of the relevant parameters,the company focuses on June 19,2016 lead zinc turbine generator off the oil burning accident by analyzing the cause of the accident,do the replacement and system solutions to ensure normal bearing,oil pump chain,to prevent the occurrence of bearing burning accident.After processing,the operation is normal and the operation result is good.
