摘要
以湿法冶金水合肼沉银工序中的高含氨物料为研究对象,研究通过使用过滤洗涤干燥一体机代替压滤机的工艺技术,经过一段时间的试运行及针对出现的问题进行相关改造工作后,实现沉银工序全过程无氨气散排,平均降低粗银粉含水量8.5%,同时使工人操作劳动强度降低。
Studing on high ammonia content in Hydrometallurgical hydrazine hydrate silverprecipitation process,through the technologyusage of the filter washing and drying machine instead of pressure filter,the process of filtration is free of gas and the water content of the silver powder is up to standard,and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.
