摘要
武山铜矿主井提升机原首绳更换方式存在工艺复杂、作业时间长、劳动强度大等诸多问题,经多次分析总结以往换绳方法,由原"二四"法改进为一次性同步更换6根首绳,有效地提高多绳摩擦式提升机首绳的更换效率,并降低了作业人员的劳动强度。
The replacement style of hoist rope in Wushan Copper Mine has lots of problems including complicated process,long working time and high labor intensity.Afteranalyzing the previous methods of changing the rope,the original"2+4"methods is changed into the6 ropes replacement in one-time.The efficiency of the replacement of multi-rope friction hoist rope is improved effectively,and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
