社会主义核心价值观“四化”建设路径探讨--从文化软实力的角度看

Discussion on the Construction Path of the "Four Modernization" of the Core Value of Socialism——From the Perspective of Cultural Soft Power

社会主义核心价值观是文化软实力的精髓,是新时代提升国家文化软实力的核心内容。当前,在社会主义核心价值观建设中存在功能弱化、产品化不足、制度化缺失与常态化的长效机制有待构建等问题。新时代社会主义核心价值观应围绕"四化"路径加强常态化建设:强化社会主义核心观对多样化社会价值的引领作用,实现社会主义核心价值观的产品化、制度化,推进长效机制的构建,真正做到内化于心、外化于行和教化于众,提升新时代国家文化软实力。

The core values of socialism are the essence of cultural soft power and the core content of improving national cultural soft power in the new era.At present,there are some problems in the construction of the core values of socialism,such as weakening function,insufficient productionalization,deficient institutionalization and incomplete permanent long-term mechanism.The core values in the new era should be built based on the path of“four modernization”:to strengthen the leading role of the core values of socialism to the diversity of social values,to realize the productionalization and institutionalization of the core values of socialism,to promote the construction of long-term mechanisms,to achieve authentic internalization,externalization and enlightenment,and to enhance the soft power of national culture in the new era.
