摘要 主要研究固态胺对二氧化碳的吸附性能,采用Origin软件对固态胺吸附二氧化碳的实验数据与Langmuir,Freundlich及Temkin等温吸附方程式的适配性进行拟合分析,根据吸附势理论推导吸附特性曲线以及不同温度下的等温吸附曲线,并通过实验数据分析其他组分对吸附性能的影响。获得了某型固态胺吸附CO_2的特性曲线及其在30℃和25℃下的等温吸附线,并分析了水蒸气分压对固态胺吸附CO_2性能的影响。由此得出固态胺的制造工艺对固态胺对CO_2的吸附性能有重要影响,此外在空气中水蒸气的分压对性能也有较大的影响的结论。 This paper mainly investigates the performance of solid amines in adsorbing CO2.Fitting analyses of the experimental data of absorbing CO2 with solid amines with the isotherm absorbing equations of Langmuir,Freundlich and Temkin models were conducted with origin software.The adsorption characteristic curve and the isothermal adsorption curves at different temperatures were obtained based on the theory of adsorption potential.The influence of other components on the adsorption performance was analyzed using experimental data.The adsorption characteristics and isothermal adsorption curves of solid amines in adsorbing CO2 at 30℃and 25℃were obtained.The effect of partial pressure of water vapor on its CO2 adsorption was analyzed.The manufacturing process of solid amines has an important effect on its performance of adsorbing CO2,and the partial pressure of water vapor in air also has an obvious impact on the performance.
