摘要
变压器短时感应耐压试验(ACSD)是验证其绝缘可靠性的主要手段之一,也是驻厂监造的关键见证点之一。本文介绍了监造的1台500kV变压器感应耐压击穿的发生过程、原因分析及处理情况,并就此提出了为提高绝缘可靠性和确保一次试验合格,应采取的监造措施和思考。
The Short-duration induced AC withstand tests for transformers(ACSD)is one of the main means to verify its insulation reliability,and also one of key hold points in manufacturing supervision.This paper introduces the occurrence process,cause analysis and treatment of the Short-duration induced AC withstand tests breakdown for a supervised 500kV transformer,and puts forward some thoughts on the supervision measures to be taken,in order to improve the insulation reliability and ensure that one test is qualifi ed.
