There is a problem of imbalance of academic ecology in higher vocational colleges.The main reasons and crux lie in the ideological concept,ability level,creative thinking and mechanism construction.The correction paths are mainly the renewal and promotion of ideas,the enhancement of ability,the construction and improvement of mechanism,as well as the self-consciousness of academic culture.In order to correct the imbalance of academic ecology in higher vocational colleges,we should carry out ecological restoration,improvement and optimization.
