Practical Exploration of Training Technical Talents in Higher Vocational Education Against the Background of Integration of Production and Education——Take Some Vocational Colleges in Tianjin as an Example

产教融合作为促进职业教育和经济发展的有效途径,关于产教融合的方式与途径,一些高职院校在校企合作的过程中,在不断的探索中取得了不错成果和经验,需要学校在专业结构上逐步实现与产业的对接;注重师资队伍建设与培训;构建实际工作岗位需要,与生产过程相联系的课程体系;建立产教一体的校内外实训基地。

The integration of production and education is an effective way to promote the vocational education and economic development.Concerning the way to teach the integration of production and education,some vocational colleges have achievements and experiences in the exploration.It requires efforts in the following aspects.First,the connection with the industry in the professional structure is supposed to be realized step by step.Second,the construction and training of faculty should be concerned.Third,the curriculum which is consistent with job requirement and is connected to the production process should be created.Fourth,teaching practice training bases should be established on campus and off campus.
