摘要
我国高等职业教育的转型发展受到多种因素的推动,并在不同方面产生影响。产业结构调整使职业教育在运行机制、组织形态、培养模式等多方面进行变革。社会分层引领职业教育在教育性质、教学功能、培养目标等方面发生深刻变化。在宏观教育政策的战略指引下,我国高等职业教育在办学定位、发展理念、育人模式以及质量保障等方面实现转型发展。高职院校内涵式发展促使我国高等职业教育在专业建设、办学体制、社会服务以及治理结构等方面发生转变。
The transformation and development of higher vocational education in China has been driven by a variety of factors,and in different ways.Industrial structure adjustment makes higher vocational education change in operation mechanism,organization form,cultivation mode and in other aspects.Social stratification has led to profound changes in the nature of education,function of teaching and training objectives in higher education.Under the strategic guidance of macro education policy,China's higher vocational education has achieved transformation and development in terms of orientation,development concept,education mode and quality assurance.The connotative development of higher vocational colleges has led to the transformation of education in professional construction,school system,social service and management structure.
