高职艺术设计类教师职业能力发展的现状及对策

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Vocational Ability Development of Art Design Teachers in Higher Vocational Education in the Background of Modern Apprenticeship

随着现代学徒制人才培养模式在我国高职艺术设计教育中的推广和发展,对高职艺术设计类教师职业能力发展与提升提出了新的挑战。从现代学徒制的视角,阐述了高职艺术设计类教师职业能力发展的内涵,剖析了当前高职艺术设计类教师职业能力发展的现状,提出了艺术设计类教师职业能力发展与提升的对策。

With the popularization and development of modern apprenticeship training mode in Higher Vocational Art and design education,new challenges for higher vocational art design teachers'professional ability development and upgrading are put forward.From the perspective of modern apprenticeship,this paper expounds on the connotation of the development of vocational ability of art and design teachers in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the current situation of career development of art and design teachers in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some countermeasures for the development and improvement of artistic design teachers'professional ability.
