摘要
新世纪后,英国政府把反思实践能力作为教师专业发展的主要能力要求。如何成为真正的反思性实践者?在认识上,应该把反思性实践作为哲学和方法论;在实践中,必须对舍恩传统的"反思性实践"理念进行批判性反思,使职教教师在具体行动中真正成为反思性实践者。
In the new century,British government has regarded the reflective practice ability as the major ability of teachers’professional development.To be a real reflective practitioner,in understanding,reflective practice should be used as the philosophy and methodology.In practice,vocational teachers must critically reflect on Schoen’s Traditional Reflective Practice so as help themselves to be real reflective practitioners.
