新时代职业教育提高服务能力的思考

On Improving Service Ability of Vocational Education in the New Era

我国现代化建设进入到经济转型、产业升级为主线的新时代,经济结构的调整迫使职业教育也要做出相应的变革。深入探讨新时代职业教育服务方面存在的教育服务多样化供给不足、人才培养结构失调、法律法规制度不完善、专业服务能力不强、资源配置不均衡等问题,从微观、中观、宏观三层面、多维度给出了提高现代职业教育服务能力的对策与建议,以保障职业教育更好地服务于经济社会和人的发展,促进其现代化,实现职业教育的终身化可持续发展。

China's modernization has entered a new era of economic transformation and industrial upgrading,and the adjustment of economic structure has forced vocational education to make corresponding changes.First of all,the thesis analyzes the service problems of vocational education in the new era,such as insufficient supply of diversified service,disordered talent training structure,imperfect laws and regulations,weak professional service ability,and imbalanced resource allocation.Then,it puts forward some countermeasures to improve the service ability from the micro,medium and macro level,so as to promote the modernization and sustainable development of vocational education.
