基于形态原型演化的家具产品设计

The Evolution of Furniture Product Design Based on Shape Prototype

针对目前家具行业竞争激烈、创新不足的现状,构建以形状文法为主要演化工具,同时运用产品语义、用户研究相关知识的推演模型,进行基于形态原型演化的家具产品设计。模型通过形态原型研究、形态推演及方案设计完成产品创新。通过对形态原型的收集、筛选,确定符合设计定位的目标参考形态及同类参考形态,对其形态特征进行分析、提取得到形状文法推演的输入值。根据推演规则及设计约束进行推演,并以其结果为设计依据,设计方案群,从中筛选、评价,得出最优解,进行方案细化及效果展示。最后以凤凰为原型,以扶手椅为设计载体,对该模型加以验证。

In view of the current fierce competition in the furniture industry and the lack of innovation,authors of this paper have constructed a shape grammar as the main evolutionary tool,and applied the product semantics and user research knowledge to devising models to clarify the evolution path of furniture product design.The model completes product innovation through morphological prototype research,morphological deduction and program design,while retaining the archetype's target style imagery.Through the collection and screening of morphological prototypes,the target reference morphologies and similar reference morphologies that meet the design orientation are determined,and the morphological characteristics are analyzed and extracted to obtain the input values deduced from the shape grammar.According to the deduction rules and design constraints,the deductions are made,and the results are used as the design basis to design the program group,from which to select and evaluate,to obtain the optimal solution,and to refine the plan and display the effect.Finally,using the Phoenix as a prototype and an armchair as a design carrier,the model was verified.
