以印染废水为主的城镇污水处理厂锑污染来源特征分析 被引量:18

Analysis on the origin of antimony pollution in urban sewage treatment plant mainly engaged in printing and dyeing wastewater

摘要 为研究以印染废水为主的城镇污水处理厂锑污染来源特征,对浙江省嘉善县某污水处理厂及纳管行业进行水体锑(Sb)的采样分析,同时对印染和喷水纺织两大行业的锑污染源进行分析.研究表明,在污水处理厂纳管废水中,印染行业废水占纳管总量的55.2%,排锑量占总量的79.3%,是该污水处理厂锑污染的主要来源;在印染生产过程中,布料中锑的平均流失量为7mg·kg^(-1),平均损失率为13%,污染物锑在退浆、水洗和染色工艺段中的释放量依次为:染色>退浆>水洗;喷水纺织织造工艺中锑的释放量较少,布料中锑的平均流失量为2.2mg·kg^(-1),平均损失率仅为2.1%;污水处理厂进出水、印染各工段废水和织造废水中,锑主要以Sb(V)形态存在. In order to study the characteristics of antimony pollution in urban sewage treatment plant,whose sewage is mainly composed of printing and dying wastewater,the sampling and analysis of antimony(Sb)in sewage treatment plant of Jiashan county,Zhejiang province were carried out.At the same time,antimony pollution sources analysis was carried out in dyeing and water textile industries.The results showed that,printing and dyeing wastewater made up 55.2%of the total sewage in the sewage treatment plant,and its Sb discharge occupies 79.3%in the total amount of Sb discharge,which was the main source of the target sewage treatment plant s Sb pollution.During the textile printing process,the average loss of antimony in the fabric was 7mg·kg-1,the average loss rate was 13%.The release volume of Sb in desizing,washing and dyeing section from the most to the least,was listed as:dyeing>desizing>washing.The release of Sb in water textile industry was low,and the average loss amount of Sb in cloth was 2.2 mg·kg-1 with an average loss rate of 2.1%.Sb mainly existed as Sb(V)form in the sewage treatment plant s inlet and outlet water,printing and dyeing wastewater and weaving wastewater.
