摘要
在分析隧道施工多功能铺设台车液压系统工作原理的基础上,利用AMESim软件建立液压系统仿真模型并进行动态仿真分析,得到不同压力及负载条件下液压缸工作时的流量、压力、位移特性曲线,验证了模型的正确性。同时,通过对仿真模型注入各种典型故障来模拟系统的响应情况,判别系统异常表现与元件故障间的内在联系,提炼出各故障的特征指标,为施工现场液压系统的故障诊断与快速检测处置提供指导,为液压系统状态评估及预测提供参考。
Based on the analysis of working principle of hydraulic system for multi-functional laying trolley in tunnel construction,a simulation model of hydraulic system is established by the software AMESim and its dynamic behavior is carried out.Then flow rate,pressure and displacement curves of hydraulic cylinder are obtained under different pressure and load conditions,and the validity of the model is verified.Moreover,we simulate the response of the system by injecting various typical faults into the model to get the inherent relationship between abnormal performance of the system and component faults,and extract the feature index of each fault.It provides guidance for fault diagnosis and rapid detection of hydraulic system in construction site,and provides a reference for evaluation and prediction of hydraulic system status.
