玻璃钢包装箱气体密封结构及压差控制系统设计与试验 被引量:2

摘要 提出一种用于贵重精密仪器公路运输的包装箱。该包装箱由钢骨架及玻璃钢材料制成,具有气体密封性能及压差自动调节能力。阐述了包装箱的箱门、操作窗及穿舱件的密封结构设计;同时介绍了包装箱压差调控气路系统的设计,可随环境温度及大气压的变化自动充气与排气,控制箱体内外压差维持在0.5×10-3 ~ 3×10-3MPa之间;并通过定积容器的充、放气时间计算方法,按照绝热充气与绝热膨胀过程,计算了充气及排气的时间;最后通过充排气试验与保压试验,验证了箱体的压力调控性能及密封性能,为大型气密性包装箱的设计及研制提供了参考。 We put forward a kind of plastic packing box reinforced by glass fiber with gas sealing performance and differential pressure automatic adjustment.We introduce the design of door of packing box,operation window and sealing structure of penetrating parts packing box.At the same time,the design of differential pressure control air circuit system for packaging box is also introduced.With ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure changing,the system automatically controls inflation and deflation and the pressure difference of control packing box inside and outside the box body is maintained between 0.5×10^-3 and 3×10^-3 MPa.With calculation method of aeration and release time,on the basis of process of adiabatic aeration and adiabatic expansion,we work out the time of filling gas and releasing gas.Finally,through charging and discharging tests and pressure maintaining test,we verify sealing performance and pressure regulation performance of packing box,which provides a reference for design and development of large-scale airtight packing box.
