The Theory and Historical Logic of the Judgment of Major Contradiction in Chinese Society in the New Era

党的十九大对我国社会主要矛盾作出新论断,其理论依据是马克思主义的社会基本矛盾理论,生产力水平的不断提高最终必然导致生产关系和上层建筑的变化;其现实依据是随着我国生产力水平的提高,人们的政治、文化、社会、生态等多方面的需求逐步凸显。新时代我国社会主要矛盾的转化体现了主客体的辩证统一关系,这一转化要求党的路线方针政策聚焦于解决社会主要矛盾,从而不断满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made a new judgment on the main social contradictions in China.Its theoretical basis is the Marxist theory of basic social contradictions,that is,the continuous improvement of productive forces level will inevitably lead to the changes of production relations and superstructure.Its realistic basis is that with the improvement of the level of productive forces in China,people′s demand for politics,culture,society,ecology and other aspects is gradually highlighted.The transformation of major social contradictions in the new era reflects the dialectical unity of subject and object.This transformation requires the Party′s line,principles and policies to focus on resolving major social contradictions so as to continuously meet the growing needs of the people for a better life.
