炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征并不孕疗效观察

Curative effect observation of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility

目的:探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮结合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法:收治PCOS患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,治疗组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮结合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组性激素指标以及排卵率、妊娠率、流产率。结果:治疗组T、LH以及E2低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组排卵率、妊娠率明显高于对照组,流产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:100 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate,the treatment group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate combined with metformin,and the sex hormone indexes,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and abortion rate between the two groups were compared.Results:The T,LH and E2 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abortion rate in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome was significant.
