大剂量维生素C治疗脑梗死的临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨大剂量维生素C治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:收治脑梗死患者73例,根据治疗方式分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予大剂量维生素C治疗,比较两组临床症状、体征改善时间及疗效。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床症状、体征恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大剂量维生素C治疗脑梗死临床疗效显著,可促进神经功能恢复。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of high-dose vitamin C in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:73 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups according to the treatment.The control group was given routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with high-dose vitamin C on the basis of the control group,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs and the curative effect between the two groups were compared.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-dose vitamin C was effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction,and could promote the recovery of neurological function.
