缬沙坦与卡托普利治疗高血压的临床效果对比

Comparison of valsartan and captopril in the treatment of hypertension

目的:探讨缬沙坦与卡托普利治疗高血压的效果。方法:收治高血压患者60例,对照组给予卡托普利治疗,试验组给予缬沙坦治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,试验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),对照组不良反应发生率低于试验组(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦治疗高血压临床效果较为理想,能够显著提高患者治疗有效率,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the effect of valsartan and captopril in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:60 patients with hypertension were selected,the control group was treated with captopril,and the experimental group was treated with valsartan.Results:After the treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan is effective in the treatment of hypertension,it can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and safety of patients.
