摘要
目的:探讨隐形陶瓷托槽对牙齿矫正患者的咬合功能、美观效果的影响。方法:收治进行牙齿矫正患者50例,对所有患者进行MBT直丝弓陶瓷托槽治疗。结果:治疗1、2个月患者的口腔功能、疼痛程度以及美观效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者总体治疗有效率达94.00%,总体治疗满意度为96.00%。结论:隐形陶瓷托槽对牙齿矫正患者的咬合功能具有改善作用,美观效果良好,提高了患者的治疗满意度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of invisible ceramic brackets on occlusal function and aesthetic effect of orthodontic patients.Methods:50 cases of orthodontic patients were selected.MBT straight wire ceramic brackets were applied to all patients.Results:In 1 months and 2 months,the patients'oral function,pain degree and aesthetic effect were significantly different(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the patients was 94%,and the total treatment satisfaction was 96%.Conclusion:The invisible ceramic brackets can improve the occlusion function of the orthodontic patients,and the aesthetic effect is good.
