摘要
目的:探讨不同抗生素在呼吸内科感染治疗中的应用效果。方法:收治内科感染患者120例,分为常规组和试验组。试验组采用头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗,常规组采用头孢他啶治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率和预后质量优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗内科感染的效果十分显著。
Objective:To explore the application effect of different antibiotics in the treatment of respiratory medicine infection.Methods:120 cases of internal medical infection were selected,they were divided into the routine group and the experimental group,the experimental group was treated with cefoperazone and sulbactam,the routine group was treated with ceftazidime,and we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and the quality of prognosis in the experimental group were better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of internal medical infection was very significant.
