观察曲美他嗪联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol succinate in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure

目的:探讨曲美他嗪与琥珀酸美托洛尔联合用药治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效。方法:收治冠心病心力衰竭患者78例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用曲美他嗪联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组的治疗有效率、左室射血分数、左室舒张内径和左室收缩内径均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪与琥珀酸美托洛尔联合用药治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol succinate in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure.Methods:78 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were chosen,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with trimetazidine combined with metoprolol succinate,and the control group was treated with conventional treatment,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the effective rate,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular diastolic diameter and left ventricular systolic diameter in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol succinate in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure was significant.
