老年糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗效果分析

Effect analysis of hemodialysis in the treatment of senile patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨血液透析(HD)联合血液透析滤过(HDF)治疗对老年性糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床效果。方法:收治老年性DN患者40例,随机分成两组。对照组给予HD治疗,观察组给予HD联合HDF治疗,比较两组生化指标、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗后血糖、血肌酐、血钾、血磷、钙磷乘积、B型尿钠肽前体、尿量、平均动脉压明显低于对照组,白蛋白、总蛋白、血红蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白和CO_2结合力明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HD联合HDF是治疗老年DN的有效方法。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with hemodiafiltration in the treatment of senile diabetic nephropathy.Methods:40 cases of senile patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemodiafiltration,the biochemical indexes and complication occurrence between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the blood sugar,serum creatinine,blood potassium,blood phosphorus,calcium and phosphorus product,B type natriuretic peptide precursor,urine volume,average arterial pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,albumin,total protein,hemoglobin,hypersensitivity C reactive protein and CO2 binding force were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis combined with hemodiafiltration in the treatment of senile diabetic nephropathy was effective.
