理中汤加减治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚弱(寒)证的效果体会

Effect experience of modified Lizhong decoction in treating syndrome of spleen and stomach weakness(cold) in chronic gastritis

目的:探讨理中汤加减治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚弱(寒)证的效果。方法:收治慢性胃炎脾胃虚弱(寒)证患者82例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上给予理中汤加减治疗,分析两组治疗总有效率、临床症状积分。结果:试验组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:理中汤加减治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚弱(寒)证的效果显著,可改善临床症状。

Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Liyuan Street Office Health Center of Pingdu City,Shandong Qingdao 266700 Abstract Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Lizhong decoction in treating syndrome of spleen and stomach weakness(cold)in chronic gastritis.Methods:82 cases of patients with syndrome of spleen and stomach weakness(cold)in chronic gastritis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the experiment group was given modified Lizhong decoction on the basis of conventional treatment,the total effective rate and clinical symptom score of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Lizhong decoction in treating syndrome of spleen and stomach weakness(cold)in chronic gastritis had significant effect,which could improve clinical symptoms.
