益气通脉汤治疗冠心病合并心绞痛的疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of Yiqi Tongmai decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris

目的:探讨益气通脉汤治疗冠心病合并心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法:收治冠心病合并心绞痛患者96例,随机分为两组。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益气通脉汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血浆浓度、红细胞压积明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气通脉汤治疗冠心病心绞痛患者可有效降低血脂水平,改善心功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongmai decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris.Methods:96 cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,while the observation group was given Yiqi Tongmai decoction on the basis of the control group,the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The plasma concentration and hematocrit in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Tongmai decoction can reduce the blood lipid level effectively and improve cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris.
