观察雷公藤多苷与当归黄芪汤对糖尿病肾病的治疗效果

Effect of tripterygium glycosides and Dang Gui Huang Qi Decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨雷公藤多苷联合当归黄芪汤治疗糖尿病肾病患者的有效性。方法:收治糖尿病肾病患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,治疗组采用雷公藤多苷联合当归黄芪汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤多苷联合当归黄芪汤治疗可以显著提升糖尿病肾病的治疗效果,无明显不良反应。

Objective:To explore the effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with Dang Gui Huang Qi Decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,the control group was treated with valsartan,the treatment group was treated with tripterygium glycosides combined with Dang Gui Huang Qi Decoction,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tripterygium glycosides combined with Dang Gui Huang Qi Decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic nephropathy without obvious adverse reactions.
