腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术护理中循证理念的应用研究

Application of evidence-based concept in nursing of laparoscopic oophorocystectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术护理中循证理念的应用效果。方法:收治腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者90例,分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用传统流程护理,试验组采用循证理念护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,试验组护理服务满意度、手术开展时间、恢复胃肠功能时间、下床时间、住院时间、心理焦虑水平和皮下气肿发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术护理中循证理念的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based concept in nursing of laparoscopic oophorocystectomy.Methods:90 patients with laparoscopic oophorocystectomy were selected,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,the control group was given traditional nursing,the experimental group was given evidence-based concept nursing,and we compared the nursing effect in the two groups.Results:After nursing,in the experimental group,the satisfaction of nursing service,the time of operation,the recovery of gastrointestinal function,the time of outgoing bed,the time of hospitalization,the level of psychological anxiety and the incidence of subcutaneous emphysema were all significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of evidence-based concept in nursing of laparoscopic oophorocystectomy was significant.
