小儿百草枯中毒4例及接触反应3例临床救治与护理

Clinical treatment and nursing for 4 cases of children with paraquat poisoning and 3 cases with contact reaction

目的:探讨小儿百草枯中毒的急救及护理措施。方法:对4例百草枯中毒及3例百草枯接触反应的住院患儿给予洗胃、血液灌洗、药物应用及积极有效的护理措施。结果:7例患儿均好转出院。结论:积极有效的急救及护理措施可降低患儿病死率和提高患儿生存质量。

Objective:To explore the first aid and nursing measures for paraquat poisoning in children.Methods:4 cases of paraquat poisoning and 3 cases of paraquat contact reaction were given gastric lavage,blood lavage,drug application and positive and effective nursing measures.Results:All of the 7 cases were improved and discharged from hospital.Conclusion:Active and effective first aid and nursing measures could reduce the mortality and improve the quality of life in children.
