饮食护理对小儿腹泻的效果及护理质量的影响分析

Effect of diet nursing on children's diarrhea and nursing quality

目的:探讨腹泻患儿治疗期间采用针对性饮食护理的临床效果。方法:收治腹泻患儿106例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规小儿腹泻护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用针对性饮食护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、症状消失时间、不良反应和家长满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿腹泻患儿治疗期间接受针对性饮食护理,能提升护理服务质量,可短时间控制症状,减少不良反应,提高治疗效果和家长对护理服务的满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of targeted diet nursing for infantile diarrhea during treatment.Methods:106 cases of children with diarrhea were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group added with targeted diet nursing on the basis of the control group,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate,the time of symptom disappearance,the adverse reactions and the parents'satisfaction were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted diet nursing for infantile diarrhea during treatment can improve the quality of nursing services,quickly control symptoms,reduce adverse reactions,improve the effect of treatment and the satisfaction of parents on nursing service.
