Clinical effect of prospective nursing management in the prevention of postpartum complications

目的:探讨前瞻性护理管理用于产后并发症预防中的临床效果。方法:收治产妇260例作为对照组,给予常规护理。收治产妇260例作为研究组,给予前瞻性护理。比较两组护理满意度、护理质量评分、并发症发生率。结果:研究组护理满意度、护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前瞻性护理管理可降低产后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of prospective nursing management in the prevention of postpartum complications.Methods:260 cases of puerperas as the control group was given routine nursing.260 cases of puerpera as the research group was given prospective nursing.Nursing satisfaction,nursing quality score and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality score in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prospective nursing management could reduce the incidence of postpartum complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
