口服普萘洛尔治疗血管瘤的住院患儿129例良好护理效果分析

Nursing of 129 cases of hospitalized children with oral propranolol for hemangioma

目的:探讨口服普萘洛尔治疗血管瘤患儿过程中使用良好护理的效果。方法:收治血管瘤住院患儿129例,均采用良好的护理干预,观察患儿的病情变化。结果:3 d后,患儿治疗有效率达100%,病情均好转,痊愈94例(72.87%);不良反应发生率为13.18%,经干预后均有效缓解,无严重不良反应发生。结论:在用普萘洛尔治疗血管瘤患儿过程中通过良好的护理措施,可取得较好效果,且无严重不良反应。

Objective:To explore the effect of good nursing care for children with oral propranolol for hemangioma.Methods:129 cases of hemangioma hospitalized children were selected,they were given good nursing intervention,we observed the changes of children's condition.Results:After 3 days,the effective rate of the treatment was 100%,the condition was improved,and 94 cases(72.87%)were cured.The incidence of adverse reactions was 13.18%,which was effectively relieved after the intervention,and no serious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Good nursing measures for children with oral propranolol for hemangioma can achieve better results without serious adverse reactions.
