摘要
目的:分析急性心力衰竭患者护理中实施综合护理的作用。方法:将急性心力衰竭患者150例随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予综合护理,对比两组临床疗效、护理满意度。结果:研究组总满意度、临床疗效均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理有利于提升急性心力衰竭患者的护理质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with acute heart failure.Methods:150 cases of patients with acute heart failure were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given comprehensive nursing,the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total nursing satisfaction of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group,the clinical effect of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing was beneficial to improving the nursing quality of patients with acute heart failure.
