利用全程人文关怀提高手术室护理质量效果

Improving nursing quality in operation room by using whole process humanistic care

目的:探讨全程人文关怀对提高手术室护理质量的作用。方法:收集手术治疗患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加全程人文关怀。比较两组效果。结果:两组护理后SAS、SDS评价均明显下降,护理质量评分均明显提高,与护理前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利用全程人文关怀能够明显提高手术患者护理质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of whole process humanistic care on improving the quality of nursing in operation room.Methods:100 cases of surgical treatment were collected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group increased the whole course of humanistic care on the basis of treatment given in the control group.Results:After nursing,the evaluation of SAS and SDS decreased obviously,the score of nursing quality improved obviously,and the difference between before and after nursing was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was obviously superior than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole process of humanistic care can significantly improve the quality of nursing care on patients undergoing surgery.
