摘要
目的:探讨自制输液固定装置在社区卫生服务中心门诊老年患者输液中的应用效果。方法:抽取门诊输液老年患者200例,分为对照组和试验组,各100例。对照组采用常规输液固定,试验组用输液固定装置固定。结果:对照组患者输液渗出发生率高于试验组,而患者配合度、舒适度、满意度均低于试验组(P<0.05)。结论:输液固定装置可以提高输液质量,增加患者满意度,确保护理安全。
Objective:To explore the effect of self-made"transfusion fixtures"in the infusion of elderly patients in community health service centers.Methods:200 cases of elderly patients in the outpatient transfusion were selected,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group with 100 cases in each.The control group were fixed by routine infusion,and the experimental group was fixed by the infusion fixed device.Results:The incidence of transfusion exudation in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group,while the degree of satisfaction and comfort degree of the patients in the control group were lower than those in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transfusion fixtures can improve the quality of transfusion,increase patient satisfaction and ensure nursing safety.
