循证护理在老年糖尿病护理中的应用效果探讨

Application effect exploration of evidence-based nursing in nursing care of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨循证护理在老年糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法:收治糖尿病患者86例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予循证护理,比较两组护理后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、住院时间。结果:试验组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理在老年糖尿病护理中的应用效果较好,可缩短住院时间。

Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in nursing care of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:86 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experiment group was given evidence-based nursing,the fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin after nursing and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group,and the hospital stay in the experiment group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing was effective in the nursing of senile diabetes mellitus,and which could shorten the hospital stay.
