腹腔镜下胆总管探查取石术的手术配合

Operative cooperation of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and lithotomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜下胆总管探查取石术的手术配合要点。方法:收治腹腔镜下胆总管探查取石术患者15例。结果:15例患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间(145±35)min,出血量(85±30)m L。术后活动时间(48±8)h,术后住院(7±2)d,无术后并发症。结论:腹腔镜下胆总管探查取石术,只要严格掌握适应证,通过良好的手术配合及护理可缩短手术及住院时间,有效减少并发症发生,达到创伤小、恢复快、安全可靠的微创治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the main points of operative cooperation in laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and lithotomy.Methods:15 cases of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and lithotomy were treated.Results:The operation time was(145±35)min and the bleeding volume was(85±30)mL in 15 patients.Postoperative activity time(48±8)h,postoperative hospitalization(7±2)d,no postoperative complications.Conclusion:Laparoscopic choledochal exploration and stone extraction can effectively reduce complications,shorten the operation and hospitalization time,and achieve minimally invasive,quick recovery,safe and reliable minimally invasive treatment as long as the indications are strictly mastered.
